The Technical Staff provides technical and administrative support to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Advisory & Strategic Support
    • Provides high-level insights, analysis, and recommendations to support the President's strategic decision-making.
    • Synthesizes complex data and organizational priorities into executive summaries and reports.
  • High-Level Reporting & Presentations
    • Prepares executive reports, board presentations, and briefing materials.
    • Ensures accuracy, clarity, and alignment of messaging across leadership communications.
  • Meeting Management & Representation
    • Attends high-level meetings on behalf of/ with the President, ensuring key takeaways and action items are documented and followed through.
    • Coordinates and facilitates leadership meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities.
  • Speechwriting & Communication
    • Drafts speeches, messages, and key correspondence for the President.
    • Develops clear and compelling narratives for internal and external engagements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Acts as a liaison between the President and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment of initiatives.
    • Manages critical projects, ensuring timely execution of company priorities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, and other similar degrees
  • At least 5 years' work experience in the field of Strategy/Business Development, Finance or other similar or related work.
  • Knowledgeable in finance, business, strategy concepts

  • Work Location Available: Ortigas Center, Pasig
  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8am - 5pm)
  • Work Set-up: 100% On Site
