Job Responsibilities

Engagement / Mission Governance & Oversight

  • Delivering strategic client engagements
  • Contributing to a high level of client satisfaction and on-time/on-budget delivery
  • Contributing to business process service delivery

Client Relationship & Business Development

  • Delivering strategic client engagements
  • Contributing to a high level of client satisfaction and on-time/on-budget delivery

  • Contributing to service level improvement

Team & Member Management

  • Ensuring the assignment, recruitment, and career development of team members
  • Ensuring the development of the team's capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution
  • Fostering the health and well-being of members

Operations Management

  • Leading and managing service delivery to achieve targeted budget, revenue, and profitability
  • Actively contributing to strategic and operation planning exercise

Development of Expertise

  • Developing/maintaining a high level of expertise in his/her field
  • Propagating this expertise locally and across CGI

Qualifications for this role:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in handling Service desk across multiple industries for clients across geographies
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field; relevant advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and experience on data visualization and analytical tools.
  • Dynamic Leadership: Demonstrates an energetic and dynamic approach, characterized by ownership, self-motivation, resilient, tenacity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision under stressful situations
  • Effective Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present concepts and findings effectively to senior executives and global clients and leaders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong relationships across diverse functions and industries and influence stakeholders by providing strategic insights.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a logical thought process.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into concise conclusions and actionable strategies.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • People Management: Ability to groom and build great succession plan and leaders
