What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Zirconia Inc' products and services
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality, results-driven campaigns
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools, analytics, and digital platforms
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
