Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and management of all marketing initiatives to strengthen Pieni Surfaces' position as a leading supplier of premium specialty finishes from Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong brand-building skills, an eye for design and aesthetics, and a deep understanding of the local construction, interior design, and architecture market in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Strengthen brand presence for our European specialty finish brands in the Philippine market.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms and materials.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and product launches tailored to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing tools, presentations, and technical product materials.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct customer and market research to guide marketing strategies and product positioning.

Event & Partnership Management

  • Organize participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with design associations, developer groups, and media partners.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and premium/luxury brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to design and detail.
