Job Summary:
Lead marketing strategies in the cosmetics industry, driving brand growth through trade and digital campaigns. Manage programs, partnerships, and campaigns to strengthen market presence in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for trade and digital channels to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Trade Marketing: Plan and implement trade programs, promotions, and partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, e-commerce campaigns, and online advertising to drive engagement and sales.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee campaign development, budgets, and performance tracking across channels.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights in cosmetics to inform strategy.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to maximize marketing impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG with trade and digital focus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Creative, results-driven, and capable of leading a marketing team effectively.
