Marketing Communications Manager

Job Objective:
- The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and public relations activities. This role ensures alignment across all channels, and collaboration with key departments. The Marketing Communications Manager drives creativity, consistency, and effectiveness in marketing efforts while fostering team development and achieving organizational objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with company budget guidelines
Campaign Execution:
- Align with the Brand Managers and Key Account Managers on brand campaign (Product Launch, Trade Activations, Photoshoot etc.) guidelines, calendars and executions.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team and Sales Team on new product launches and ongoing brand support.
- Supervise and evaluate activations of promotions (offline and online), ensuring alignment with account objectives.
- Oversee influencer marketing efforts in relation to marketing campaign.
- Manage the Complan with the Brand Managers of the campaign executions
- Conduct post-marketing analysis to assess the effectiveness of trade and online campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry standard best practices in trade activations and campaign strategies
Public Relations:
- Coordinate with press and media to distribute PR kits and develop informative and engaging press releases, media reports, newsletters, and other materials.
- Lead the Creative Services Team in creating communication and marketing strategies for company events and promotions.
Corporate Employer Marketing:
- Oversee corporate social media accounts such as the company's LinkedIn and Facebook account.
- Handle corporate events communication and press releases.
Paid Media Buying:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage boosting budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Strategize on how to increase the followers of the Facebook community and enhance customer engagement.
Team Management:
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the marketing/creative team to foster capability building and reduce attrition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or brand management roles.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
