Job Title: VIP Account Manager

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and personable VIP Account Manager to support our client in the online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in VIP services, hospitality, or high-value client management. Experience in online casinos or sports betting is a plus, but not required. The key to success in this role is the ability to build strong relationships with VIP players and ensure they receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP and high-value players.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive loyalty.
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to enhance the player experience.
  • Monitor player activity to identify engagement and retention opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Handle VIP concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in VIP account management, hospitality, or similar roles managing high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a professional and discreet approach.
  • Background in online gaming or sports betting is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is an advantage.
