What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years experience in creative marketing, content creation, or brand strategy
  • A portfolio or campaign examples that prove your originality and ability to deliver results
  • Fluent in digital: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, and email marketing
  • Strong copywriting instincts and a sharp eye for design
  • Agile, curious, and driven to create work that inspires or goes viral
  • Bonus: Experience in our industry or with fast-paced startups

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, launch plans, and content calendars.
  • Conceptualize campaigns for launches, promos, and brand events.
  • Ensure all assets align with brand tone, target audience, and positioning.
  • Oversee execution of online and offline marketing activations.

2. Team Coordination & Alignment

  • Serve as the brand lead across Creatives, Ads, Video, PR, and Sales teams.
  • Work with Ads for campaign optimization and budget use.
  • Ensure Creatives and Video teams deliver on-brand materials on time.

3. Performance Review

  • Identify top-performing materials and campaigns for scaling or replication.

4. Market & Consumer Insights

  • Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior to guide strategy.
  • Recommend product positioning or creative direction based on findings.

5. Brand Consistency

  • Protect brand identity and communication guidelines.
  • Review all public materials for accuracy and tone.
  • Maintain brand assets, documentation, and content archives.

6. Budget Management

  • Manage campaign budgets with the CSO.
  • Propose cost-effective strategies without sacrificing impact.

7. Events & Partnerships

  • Support activations, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
  • Coordinate deliverables with the whole team
