The Operations Associate Manager oversees the overall performance and success of CARD Indogrosir stores within an assigned community or area. This role is focused on maintaining a strong brand image, driving sales growth, and enhancing profitability. The position requires effective leadership to inspire store teams, ensure operational excellence, and uphold company policies and standards.

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations within the assigned area.
  • Lead and guide store teams to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment for store personnel.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and timely services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of store personnel.
  • Provide training for area coordinators and store teams on roles, promotions, and customer service best practices.
  • Evaluate the performance of area coordinators and implement career development plans.
  • Organize regular meetings with area coordinators and store leaders to address updates, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure all store personnel consistently adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 Year in Retail Business in Managerial level
  • Graduate of any Business Course or any other related courses
  • A team player with leadership skills, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, Proficient in MS Office
