Job Description:
  • Reviews structural plans for housing, amenities, and land development, and ensures that all structural analysis and computations are in accordance with the National Structural and Building Code of the Philippines.
  • Checks and reviews the bill of materials and ensures that these are in accordance with the approved specifications, and computed in the most economical estimates.
  • Checks and ensures that the labor and materials' computations are aligned with the approved unit costs and estimate computations.
  • Conducts site inspection with the Engineering Team to ensure that all constructions are done in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
  • Reviews and evaluates new construction methodologies and materials that can help improve the cost and speed of construction.
  • Scouts for new and alternative materials and construction methodologies and keeps the company abreast with recent and modern technologies in engineering and construction.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • At least six (6) years of relevant managerial experience, gained from construction, real estate, or property development industry.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software such as MS Office, AutoCad, STAAD, IDEA StatiCa, and Civil 3D.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
