Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from recognized University. A master's degree is an advantage. Belong to the top 20% of the engineering class. Licensed Registered Civil Engineer. 8 to 10 years minimum relevant post-graduate experience. Experience on large scale infrastructure metro projects (above and below ground station design) or industrial steelwork projects is an advantage. Working towards Charterships with International Institutes in regions such as the UK, US, Canada or Australia is an advantage. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide solutions to technical problems. Excellent mathematical skills applied in engineering calculations. Ability to lead, with good influencing, motivating and delegating skills. Organizational skills and proactive approach in project management. Highly proficient in the application of international design standards such as: US, Canada, UK&I, European and Australian. Highly proficient in structural engineering design fundamentals Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Navisworks and BIM environment. Highly proficient in using engineering software like: SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, RISA, Robot, Tekla Structures, or SCIA. Ability to contribute to the team's digital initiative and automation of processes. Excellent organisational skills and has a proactive approach to task management. Programming knowledge using C++, Python, Dynamo is an advantage. Actively continue to develop personally and technical knowledge and new emerging technology through regular CPD training.
