Recently, the company has ventured into Solar Projects for Commercial, Industrial and Residential Market.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (3)

Position Overview

The Rooftop Structural Survey Engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections, assessments, and evaluations of rooftops intended to host existing tower facility colocation. The role ensures that structural detailed technical survey is obtain for reference to Equipment Colocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Inspection & Assessment
  • Perform on-site surveys of building rooftops for reference by Client to evaluate structural condition and load-bearing capacity for mobile tower Colocation.
  • Identify and provide detailed survey of existing structural elements (slabs, beams, columns, parapets, anchors, etc.)
  • Identify possible risks such as water leakage, cracks, corrosion, or deterioration that may affect tower stability.
  • Technical Reports & Documentation
  • Review architectural and structural drawings of the building where available.
  • Document findings with photographs, sketches, and detailed notes.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with project manager, Project Coordinator, and IE on the technical survey for rooftop.
  • Submit detailed reports and checklist of completed survey.

Work Conditions

  • Field-based work with travel to various rooftop sites.
  • Exposure to heights and outdoor conditions (safety equipment will be provided).
  • Occasional weekend surveys depending on site access.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • With knowledge in structural assessment, preferably in telecom infrastructure or rooftop facilities.
  • Ability to prepare clear technical reports and drawings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A topnotch in organizational, time management and people skills.
  • Must have advance MS Applications proficiency and detail oriented.
  • Pro-active and Independent
