About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking passionate Airline Customer Service Associates to join our rapidly growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our airline customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, and general airline information
  2. Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant teams
  4. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Atleas HS Grad + 6mos International Voice Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the airline industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the aviation industry
