Arcade Machine Maintenance Supervisor (Team Leader)

Locations: Manila, Bacolod, Ilo Ilo and Cebu

Job Description:

We are looking for a Machine Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the technical maintenance and repair of arcade game machines and entertainment equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, equipment safety, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in various game machines, coin-operated machines, and other arcade equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation.
  • Regularly check electrical systems and replace damaged wires, plugs, and switches.
  • Maintain and update game software systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Assist in installing new machines and ensure power/network compatibility.
  • Keep maintenance logs, safety compliance reports, and equipment records.
  • Train and guide staff in basic troubleshooting and equipment handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Work Location:

Available in Manila, Bacolod, and Cebu.
