Assistant Manager for Logistics Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Logistics Support Group to ensure operational excellence
  • Drive operational effectiveness by achieving KPI targets
  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations in support of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
  • Ensure on-time delivery of units to dealerships and oversee the release of CBU importations from the port for PDI production
  • Ensure the safety of personnel by implementing and monitoring company safety policies
  • Represent the company in client-based meetings and functions
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries and port releases
  • Develop and implement cost control processes to improve efficiency
  • Oversee submission and presentation of reports to both internal and external clients
  • Manage trip summaries for billing preparation
  • Disseminate important client and company memos, meeting minutes, production schedules, forecasts, and announcements related to Brokerage & Distribution
  • Implement company policies and standards, including HR policies and operational guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System
  • Promote and implement Cost Saving/Kaizen activities within the group

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or supply chain management (distribution networks and yard operations preferred)
  • Stable work history

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in the automotive logistics industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Master's degree or MBA specializing in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
  • Licensed Customs Broker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
