  • Collecting Trip Report per Truck flow chart
  • Encoding of data per Trip Report
  • Invoice and POD documents Encoding procedure
  • Diesel and Toll Fee Cost analysis/report per Truck
  • Other truck operation expenses analysis
  • Resolving IT support requests from employees
  • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
  • Other Related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
  • With 2-4+ years up of experience in either document control or IT support
  • Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and IT security practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in document management software (e.g., One Drive. Google Drive) and MS Office Suite.
  • Can work independently or minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cabuyao, Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
