JOB SUMMARY:

The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of existing SaaS applications, with a primary focus on ServiceNow ITSM modules. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of systems, managing incidents and change requests, and coordinating with multiple support teams to maintain service quality and business continuity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for ServiceNow and other SaaS applications.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change tickets in accordance with ITSM principles.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure application uptime and stability.
  • Coordinate with internal and vendor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate configuration and documentation of application workflows, processes, and integrations.
  • Support regular updates, patches, and upgrades of ServiceNow and related systems.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM standards and change management best practices.
  • Assist in process improvements and automation opportunities within ServiceNow.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting vendor/SaaS applications.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes — especially Incident and Change Management.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Incident and Task Management modules.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
