About the Role

The Sales Intern will assist the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and supporting day-to-day sales operations. This role provides hands-on experience in the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and is ideal for those interested in business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, or social media.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and events.
  • Support in organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
