
Customer Group Manager

Job Description
Responsible to assist the National Sales Manager in leading, directing & motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objective such as, but not limited to, revising and implementing the sales strategies, plans in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets & supervising the sales force.
- People Management and lead of the total end-to-end process of the assigned channel group;
- Lead for Joint Business Planning and Business review with the trade partners (both principal and accounts);
- Monitoring of competitor activities and proposals to counter-react with the current trade challenges;
- Coordination, monitoring of execution and evaluation of trade activations;
- Inter-departmental coordination to all stakeholders (SC, C&C, Marketing, Merchandising and regional counter-partners);
- And perform other related functions that may be required by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field;
- Required skills: People Management, Account Management, MS Office, Analytical and presentation skills, End-to-end sales/business processes;
- At least 1-2 years experience in FMCG with relevant exposure in handling group channel;
- Good written and verbal communication [Trading Term Agreement negotiations and processes];
- Able to drive 4-wheel vehicle;
- And must be willing to handle Greater Manila Area.
