Job Description: You'll drive growth for innovative healthcare technology that genuinely improves patient care and provider operations. Working with a substantial database of pre-qualified leads, you'll build relationships with healthcare decision-makers while helping them discover solutions that transform their daily operations. This role combines relationship building with technology sales, offering comprehensive product training and the chance to make a direct impact on business growth in the rapidly expanding healthcare tech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Work and qualify leads from an extensive database of 50,000+ healthcare prospects
  • Utilize in-house CRM tools and systems to manage and advance sales pipeline
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to engage interested prospects effectively
  • Set up and potentially conduct product demonstrations for qualified healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with existing sales team of 3-4 experienced professionals
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain relationships throughout sales cycles
  • Shadow senior sales team members during comprehensive onboarding period
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Strong phone communication skills and comfort with high-volume outbound calling
  • Experience with lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Ability to learn complex healthcare software products and articulate value propositions clearly
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while being collaborative team player
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles
  • Bonus if you have healthcare industry experience or knowledge of compliance requirements
