We're Hiring: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support and ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Location: Taguig, Philippines

Work Mode: Hybrid (3x a week onsite, 2x WFH)

Role: Service Desk Analyst

What You'll Do:

- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by users in a timely manner.

- Provide first-level support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues as needed.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with users to ensure their issues are resolved effectively.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a service desk or helpdesk role.

- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
