We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support the company Director in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deepen client relationships in partnership with senior management.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including quotations, invoices, and expense tracking in the company CRM.
- Coordinate contract renewals, payment schedules, and project documentation efficiently.
- Support system implementation initiatives by coordinating with technical teams and preparing training materials to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborate with Marketing on business development initiatives, including email and social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
