Machine Operator

Ito ay isang Project-Employment para sa 1 taon. Makakatanggap ka ng mga benepisyo na alinsunod sa mandato ng gobyerno batay sa icon bahagi. Makakatanggap ka rin ng 5 Service Incentive Leave maatapos ang 1 taon na tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, at mayroon kang accident insurance mula sa unang araw ng pagtatrabaho para sa kompanya.

Pangunahing Tungkulin:

Bilang isang Machine Operator, ikaw ang responsable sa tamang pagpapatakbo, pagpapanatili, at pagbabantay sa mga makinarya at kagamitan na ginagamit sa konstruksyon upang matiyak ang ligtas, episyente, at epektibong operasyon ng proyekto.

Mga Gawain at Responsibilidad:

  • Mag-operate ng iba't ibang uri ng makinarya tulad ng backhoe, crane, loader, bulldozer, at iba pa ayon sa pangangailangan ng proyekto.
  • Siguraduhing ang lahat ng makinarya ay nasa maayos na kondisyon bago simulan ang trabaho.
  • Mag-inspeksyon sa mga kagamitan bago at pagkatapos gamitin upang maiwasan ang anumang sira o aksidente.
  • Sundin ang mga safety procedures at protocols upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng lahat sa site.
  • Makipag-ugnayan sa mga supervisor at iba pang team members para sa maayos na takbo ng trabaho.
  • Mag-report ng anumang sira, aksidente, o problema sa kagamitan agad sa nakatalagang supervisor.
  • Panatilihin ang kalinisan at kaayusan sa paligid ng mga makinarya at kagamitan.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • May karanasan sa pagpapatakbo ng mga makinarya sa konstruksyon.
  • May tamang lisensya o sertipikasyon bilang Machine Operator (kung kinakailangan).
  • May maayos na kalusugan at lakas upang magampanan ang trabaho.
  • Marunong sa mga safety standards at protocols.
  • May kasanayan sa pagtukoy ng mga sira at pag-aayos ng mga makinarya.

Kaalaman at Kasanayan:

  • Pagsunod sa safety procedures at protocols.
  • Kaalaman sa operasyon at maintenance ng construction machinery.
  • Kakayahang makipag-ugnayan at makipagtulungan sa team.
  • Kakayahang magbasa at intindihin ang mga instruksyon at plano.

Job Type: Fixed term
