Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

  • Material Handling: Load raw materials and components into machinery and move finished goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on products to identify defects and ensure they meet standards.
  • Packaging: Package finished products for shipping and distribution.
  • Maintenance: Clean and maintain work areas and machinery to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
  • Reporting: Report equipment malfunctions or other production issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
  • Target Achievement: Work to meet production targets and deadlines.
