Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Takes charge in the computation of non-senior personnel payroll

2. Coordinates with venues on submission of payroll templates

3. Prepares reports and documents for submission to government offices concerning payroll (Pag-Ibig, SSS, Philhealth and other related remittances)

4. Prepares post-employment documents of resigned and separated team members (quit claim, clearances, and other related documents.)

5. Prepares and parks request for payment related to payroll

6. Coordinates with Accounting department regarding remittances of withholding taxes, compensation, and payroll accruals

7. Parks and posts payroll related accounts

8. Other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.

  • Must be able to communicate well both written and oral.

  • Must have the ability to multi-task.

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City
