Content Creator, AI-Driven — Law Firm

Goal: Build attention and trust. Turn views into consults.

You will

  • Own short-form video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube.
  • Script hooks, shoot, edit, caption, and publish daily.
  • Use AI for ideation, writing, voice, motion, thumbnails, and repurposing.
  • Track trends and sounds. Move fast on what converts.
  • Design a coherent brand system across platforms.
  • Run A/B tests on hooks, CTAs, titles, thumbnails, and formats.
  • Optimize for watch time, retention, CTR, and comments.
  • Coordinate with attorneys for accurate, compliant content.
  • Turn FAQs and case stories into series and playlists.
  • Report weekly on KPIs and next moves.

You know

  • Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, Stories, Live.
  • AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney/Ideogram, Runway, Descript, CapCut, ElevenLabs.
  • Editing: Premiere Pro or Final Cut; After Effects a plus.
  • Tools: Notion, Google Drive, , Metricool/Sprout, TubeBuddy/VidIQ.
  • SEO: keywords, titles, tags, chapters, playlists.
  • Analytics: retention curves, funnel drop-offs, cohort tests.
  • Compliance basics: FTC endorsements, privacy, no promises of outcomes, state bar ad rules, disclaimers.

Outputs

  • 2–4 shorts per day, 2–3 carousels per week, 1–2 long-form videos per week.
  • Monthly content calendar tied to search and trend data.
  • Template library for hooks, lower thirds, captions, and thumbnails.
  • UGC creator pipeline and duet/remix strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
