Job Summary
1) Cover the basics/fundamental areas to attract new clients (i.e. frictionless onboarding, best-in-class servicing) as well as
2) Drive more value and delight clients with more differentiated offerings thereafter.
Role Exposure
- Develops the overall Retail CASA growth strategy and roadmap, in consideration of the Consumer Sector's lending-led strategy wherein acquiring Retail CASA clients as feedstock for asset cross-sell (credit card, personal loan, auto & home loans). This would entail building a strategy to acquire clients with higher balances to ensure eligibility on the asset side.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies beyond MB - owned channels such leveraging on Metrobank group ecosystems, marketplaces and other potential partnerships.
- Responsible for leading the end-to-end promotions and campaign development as well as building the corresponding back-end fulfillment and processes.
- Determines strategic product pricing & bundling by utilizing market research data, reviewing channel and marketing costs and forecasting corresponding NTB targets. Works closely with Treasury, CCPL, CLG, FPAD and other concerned units to come up with attractive pricing and bundled propositions to prospective clients.
- Works with the distribution channels (Digital, Tele, Branch) to identify optimal channel mix and profitability. Conducts product training to frontliners and other support units, where needed.
- Works with ABCMTG on the conceptualization and implementation of go-to market plans, which include but not limited, to search engine optimization, KVs & other collaterals, communication materials, PR, etc.
• Handles campaign performance monitoring and ensures overall profitability. - Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- Oversees performance and deliverables of assigned program managers.
