Responsibilities
- Issue disbursement receipts and retrieve provincial disbursements reports
- Release all approved check disbursements to suppliers and employees
- File paid check vouchers and prepare end-of-day reports
- Ensure orderly filing and safekeeping of all documents
Key Qualifications:
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented and ability to function in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
