Job Title: Treasury Officer

Department: Finance

Reports To: Group General Manager

Job Summary:

The Treasury Officer is responsible for managing the organization's cash flow, banking activities, and short-term investment strategies. This role ensures that the company maintains adequate liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations while optimizing cash utilization and minimizing financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Manage bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Process fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and payment instructions.
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds.
  • Analyze and report on financial data related to cash management and investments.
  • Ensure proper recording of all treasury transactions in the accounting system.
  • Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing foreign exchange and interest rate risk (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Prepare treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, bank balances, and investment performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.

Preferred:

  • CPA or further certification in treasury or finance is an advantage.
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
