JOB SUMMARY

The restaurant supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales initiatives, team supervision, stock monitoring, and customer engagement. Ensures smooth operations and supports the achievement of store performance goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports achievement of sales targets and monitors overall store performance.
  • Upholds store presentation standards and ensures a welcoming environment.
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Promotes consistent delivery of excellent service by all team members.
  • Ensures product quality and availability are maintained.
  • Provides training and guidance to team members on products and store processes.
  • Implements store policies and procedures; documents relevant incidents when necessary.
  • Leads regular staff discussions and performance check-ins.
  • Carries out other responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a degree program in Business Administration, Management, or a related course.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in store or branch supervision/management.
  • Competent in using standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends or extended hours when needed.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in conversation.
