Legal & Risk Optimization Operations Manager

Job Description

The LRO Operations team is seeking a Manager for Legal & Risk Optimization Operations with experience in legal operations, process optimization and technology, reporting and analytics, and financial management. The position will support the Analog Devices, Inc. LRO Operations Team reporting to the Senior Director, LRO Operations.

This position is responsible for managing the local LRO Operations team of data analysts, project management specialists, and billing analysts supporting the LRO organization. As lead for the local LRO Operations team in the Philippines, the role is responsible for collaborating with other functions, including Finance, AP, and Procurement in order to provide support to the LRO team

Responsibilitie**

• s:Manage local LRO Operations activities, including process and technology, administration of legal invoice eBilling system and external counsel management support, LRO front door intake and workflow technology solution, contract lifecycle management processes and technology, and other processes and technologies used by the LR
• O.Manage team of LRO Operations data analytics, project management and eBilling, analyst
• s.Develop and implement annual and quarterly performance and development goals for the LRO analysts in the Philippine
• s.Work with ADI BGC leaders to develop and implement team performance metric
• s.Under the supervision of the Sr. Director, LRO Operations, collaborate with internal LRO team members to support finance, technology, process, and project management objective
• s.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, IT, and other internal functions to execute day-to-day activities for the LRO Operations functio
• n.Partner with LRO process owners and other LRO Ops members in developing and improving processes as well as optimizing relevant systems for various LRO processes, including but not limited to contract management, legal billing and spend management, workflow automation and intak
• e.Partner with the Program Manager in LRO Ops PH in providing project management strategy and direction for the team and across various LRO Department initiatives, as neede
• d.Lead the planning and execution of LRO PH-specific events and activities (e.g., LRO visits, Give-Back initiatives), in close coordination with LRO PH leaders and cross-functional teams within ADI PH (e.g., Admin, IT, HR
• ).Oversee office space requirements and address related concerns for LRO BGC, in coordination with LRO BGC leadership and the ADI-BGC Admin tea

Minimum Qualificatio**

• ns:8-10 years of experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm in an operations and/or management capaci
• ty.Management experience with team members of various roles, including business analysts in legal operations, technology, or finance functio
• ns.Experience working with lawyers or senior executives, including ability to communicate, collaborate, and influen
• ce.Experience with external counsel management, legal billing processes and technology, including eBilling solutions, and invoice process
• es.Experience with legal and compliance solutions, including business requirements, design, build, and project and program management for technology solutio
• ns.Experience with data and analytics, including building reports, compiling metrics, and creating dashboards for legal and compliance teams. Understanding of data management and integrity is essenti
