What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales, product, and creative teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Managing social media channels and digital marketing efforts to engage with our target audience
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities to optimise future campaigns
  • Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Contributing to the development of the overall brand strategy and vision

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or spirits industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Passion for the spirits industry and a keen understanding of consumer trends and behaviours
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
