Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in processing and approving wholesale orders, including managing systems such as
    NuOrder
  • Experienced in placing digitizing orders, converting digitized files, and maintaining organized
    embroidery/logo asset drives
  • Capable of handling
    B2B lead management
    using CRM tools like
    HubSpot
    and creating partner accounts for site access requests
  • Skilled in maintaining and updating
    credit trackers
    , processing
    invoicing for preloaded credits
    , and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation
  • Knowledgeable in coordinating with
    logistics teams
    for international wholesale orders and addressing backorders or orders placed on hold
  • Adept at processing order placements and providing timely responses to customer inquiries regarding
    order status, tracking, returns, and credit requests
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
    , with the ability to manage data, create reports, and maintain accurate records efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
    , able to interact professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.
