We're looking for a
Social Impact Specialist
to join our team, focusing on the social components of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and related projects. This role blends research, stakeholder engagement, and practical fieldwork to ensure communities are part of the sustainability equation.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct
    social scoping and baseline assessments
    as part of ESIA projects
  • Support in the preparation of
    Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)
    inputs and related documentation
  • Organize and participate in
    stakeholder consultations
    , focus group discussions (FGDs), and key informant interviews (KIIs)
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, LGUs, and project-affected communities
  • Prepare clear, well-documented reports, stakeholder matrices, and engagement summaries
  • Ensure work aligns with relevant
    social safeguards principles
    and local regulations

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in
    Human Ecology

    Anthropology
    , or related fields
  • Strong interest in
    social impact assessment
    ,
    stakeholder engagement
    , and
    community planning
  • Fieldwork experience or willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (English and Filipino)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with ESIA or RAP processes is a
    plus
