As a
Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you'll play a key role in helping us find and upload qualified candidates into our internal system—sourced from professional platforms and your own network.

What You'll Do:

Source freelance candidates from various job platforms and networks

Upload candidate details into our internal database

Refer qualified freelancers from your own strategies (social media, referrals, etc.)

Help bring in strong talent that matches client needs

Tools You Must Be Familiar With:

Google Sheets – for data entry and organizing candidate info

Google Drive – for uploading and managing applicant files

Canva – for simple video editing (adding logos)

Bitwarden – for secure credential access (browser extension required)

Compensation:

This is a
commission-based opportunity.

You'll earn a commission for every successful hire from your uploads or referrals.

Details will be discussed during onboarding.
