Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Issue receipts, process returns or exchanges, and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area.
  • Schedule appointments or assist customers with inquiries as needed.
  • Provide information about products, services, or policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Report any discrepancies, customer issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to be assigned at San Juan City, Greenhills
  • Can start ASAP
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a Japanese cuisine, receptionist, cashier, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with handling cash and electronic payments.
  • Proficient in using office equipment (phones, computers, printers) and POS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
