JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (But not limited to) Key Result Area:
Kitchen Profitability Ensure all actual yield/portion are accurately being followed based on the standard recipe. Monitors wastages properly and identify ways to avoid unnecessary spoilages or wastage.
Assist Corporate Kitchen Manager in monthly monitoring of variance report of several items. Ensure all issues and discrepancies are validated and being addressed. Monitor all profit related forms High Cost Monitoring o Daily Kitchen Inventory – PARL Level o Variance Report Key Result Area: Kitchen Operations Management
Assist in implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the kitchen and ensure proper execution. Assist in sequencing the standard procedure and maintaining all recipe is updated and accurate and adhered consistently by all kitchen employees of Terraza, Sunae & Nikkei Nama BGC.
Consistently communicate to all Kitchen employee all menu update, recipe revisions, as well as raw materials update. Conduct regular store audit covering all kitchen operation in Terraza, Sunae, and Nama BGC, make necessary action plan or recommendation on store findings
Support the work flow of the kitchen, timely manner of pacing in firing dishes and beyond excellent in delivering consistently high-quality food based on recipe standard.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
