Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and has proven experience in recruiting talent from domestic and international markets, growing candidate pipelines, and providing end-to-end service delivery. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our global hiring initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to maintain our competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts specifically for roles related to Revenue Cycle Management, including but not limited to positions in billing, coding, clinical appeals, and claims management.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that consider unique challenges of international hiring such as cultural differences and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential candidates to finalizing hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to clearly understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Revenue Cycle Management to effectively communicate with candidates about job expectations and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing employment, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to overseas recruitment efforts, ensuring best practices in global talent acquisition are followed.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor applications, maintain candidate data, and report on recruitment metrics.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, promoting our company's reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong preference for candidates who have specialized in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment.
- Proven track record of successful hires, particularly in international settings and working with PEOs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidate pools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Facebook.
- Previous experience in working with Geographically dispersed teams
Desired Skills
- PHR or AIRS Qualifications preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
