About the role

As the Branch Supervisor - Davao for Autoglass.Ph.,Inc', you will play a vital role in leading and managing the daily operations of our Davao branch. This full-time role will see you oversee a team of technicians and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our high-quality automotive glass repair and replacement services to our customers in the Davao del Sur Davao region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  2. Monitoring workloads and schedules to optimize productivity and meet customer demands
  3. Providing hands-on technical support and guidance to technicians as needed
  4. Ensuring adherence to all safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures
  5. Identifying training needs and facilitating ongoing skills development for the team
  6. Managing inventory, equipment, and other branch resources effectively
  7. Fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment
  8. Reporting on branch performance and making recommendations for improvements

  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally within the automotive industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive glass repair and replacement
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  5. A customer-centric approach and the ability to deliver exceptional service
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
