About the role

As a Branch Supervisor at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc', you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our retail store in Davao City, Davao del Sur. What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
  2. Driving sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
  3. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  4. Providing leadership and training to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  5. Collaborating with the regional management team to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives
  6. Identifying and addressing any operational or customer service issues, and implementing corrective measures
  7. Regularly reporting on the store's performance and contributing to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  7. Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
