Job Description:

  • Monitors and manages the work of a group of CSRs, making sure that each person meets the criteria established by the client and the business.
  • keeps track of each team member's performance in relation to predetermined account and program KPIs and offers the support and help required to improve, reach, or surpass those criteria.
  • carries out team management duties on a regular basis, including data reporting on the team's performance and coaching and mentoring.
  • carries out team administrative tasks (such as payroll templates); encourages agents to give their best effort in order to meet professional development goals, improve account productivity, and boost the company's overall profitability.
