Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in WordPress and Elementor to join our creative, global team. The ideal candidate will design clean, responsive layouts in Figma and seamlessly implement them into WordPress/Elementor. You will be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect websites that align with each brand's visual identity and provide an exceptional user experience. While most tasks will be handled independently, collaboration with our developers, copywriters, and video editors will be essential for select projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform Figma wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive Elementor pages.
  • Design and build WordPress websites using Elementor, ensuring brand consistency and performance.
  • Define and maintain design standards including typography, spacing, icons, imagery, and reusable components.
  • Create organized and scalable layouts with clean DOM structures for easy handoff.
  • Optimize websites for performance, including asset management, lazy loading, and cross-browser testing.
  • Design RTL/LTR versions (Hebrew/English) while maintaining layout integrity.
  • Collaborate with developers on advanced features and support content teams with design implementation.
  • Maintain organized project files and document processes for each delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven UX/UI design experience for live websites.
  • Expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, micro-interactions).
  • Hands-on experience building websites with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first, and conversion-focused design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail in layout, alignment, typography, and spacing.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within agency workflows or managing multiple brand systems.
  • Basic understanding of accessibility and conversion optimization principles.
  • Experience designing RTL layouts (Hebrew/Arabic) is an advantage.
