We work with clients in retail, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries across Visayas, Mindanao, Northern Luzon, and Metro Manila.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounting transactions — from billing and collections to expenses and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send monthly client billings, ensure timely recording of revenue, and monitor collections.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Officer/Manager on contract terms, work in progress, and project-based billings.
  • Identify, validate, and record all company expenses and disbursements accurately and on time.
  • Record transactions to the accounting software and ensure reconciliations and proper documentation.
  • Execute agreed-upon procedures for Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain organized accounting files and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in general accounting
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
  • A team player with integrity and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Xero is an advantage
