We're looking for a 
detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist
to join our team for the peak holiday campaign season. You'll support a 
US-based marketing team
 by managing email campaign execution, organizing creative assets, and handling light design work—all within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in 
email marketing platforms like Klaviyo
, strong coordination skills, and an eye for design and accuracy.

What You'll Do

  • Build and schedule 
    6–8 email campaigns per week
     using 
    Klaviyo
    , following pre-set templates
  • Pull and organize creative assets from 
    Airtable
     and insert them into email templates
  • Apply proper 
    segmentation and targeting
     to each campaign
  • Perform basic creative edits (e.g., resizing images or short videos) based on guidelines
  • Double-check emails for 
    formatting, layout, and content accuracy
     across devices
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for reviews and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience using 
    Klaviyo
     to build and manage email campaigns
  • Familiarity with 
    Airtable
     or similar project management/content tracking tools
  • Minimum 
    1 year
     of experience in a 
    marketing operations
     or 
    customer service
     role
  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Office
     and basic internet research
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work 
    independently under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

  • Background in 
    customer service
    , especially with US-based clients
  • Basic graphic editing skills (resizing or cropping images, handling short videos)
  • Familiarity with 
    eCommerce
     or retail marketing operations
