The Role
We're hiring a Business Growth Manager who will oversee the business end-to-end — from sales and marketing to eCommerce, and team operations.
What You'll Do
Manage overall business operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
Lead sales and marketing campaigns — both online and offline
Oversee eCommerce activities, customer engagement, and retail performance
Track financials: sales reports, expenses, and profitability
Supervise the team and coordinate schedules, roles, and workflows
Work directly with founders to develop and execute growth strategies
Who You Are
Has experience in retail operations, business development, or eCommerce
Strategic thinkers with hands-on approach
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced business environment
