About the role

MOF Company (Subic), Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Engineer to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of complex civil and structural engineering projects. As an integral member of our project delivery team, you will work closely with project managers, site engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely completion of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the development and review of engineering plans, drawings and specifications
  • Coordinating and monitoring the progress of engineering activities on project sites
  • Conducting site inspections and preparing detailed reports on project status and issues
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and other external parties to resolve technical problems
  • Providing support in the administration of project documents and records
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and standards

What we're looking for

  • Preferably licensed Civil Engineer or a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least one (1) year of experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar role within the industry
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good understanding of engineering methods, materials, quantity surveyor and quality control procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Office suite
