Job Description

Be part of an industry-leading team as a Logistics & Supply Chain Associate, ensuring seamless shipment coordination, accurate documentation, and timely supplier communication. You will support global logistics workflows, maintain essential records, and help optimize supply chain performance across multiple delivery channels.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Graduate of any Business-related course
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in shipment processing, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and perform well under pressure

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage import/export documentation and maintain accurate supply chain records
• Track inbound/outbound shipments, inventory levels, and replenishment needs
• Coordinate with couriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL), freight forwarders, and suppliers
• Prepare and update shipment, inventory, and cost reports
• Support procurement tasks such as purchase orders and supplier coordination
• Conduct research for pricing, supplier options, and logistics solutions
