Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer based in Taguig, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves designing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Key responsibilities include developing software components, ensuring seamless CRM integration with other systems, maintaining and managing databases, as well as creating and consuming web services. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Development, with expertise in designing, coding, and testing CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and experience with configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Integration tasks to ensure CRM systems communicate effectively with other applications.
  • Solid knowledge of managing Databases, including creation, maintenance, and optimization of data structures.
  • Familiarity with Web Services including REST and SOAP for API development and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in IT development within the CRM space is a plus.
