About the role

As a Dynamics CRM / CE Developer (Senior to Lead) at YONDU INC.', you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) solutions powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative technology company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement (CE) applications to meet client requirements
  2. Implement complex business logic, workflows, and integrations to enhance the functionality of Dynamics CRM/CE solutions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  4. Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior developers, helping to build a strong and cohesive team
  5. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Dynamics CRM/CE ecosystem
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/CE development, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and architecture
  2. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly CDS) and experience in building custom entities and workflows
  4. Hands-on experience in integrating Dynamics CRM/CE with other systems and applications
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  7. Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers is highly desirable
