About the role

YONDU INC.' is seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Dynamics 365 CRM/CE) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our Information & Communication Technology department, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 CRM/CE systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design, develop, and implement custom Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions to meet client requirements
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE platform
  4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  5. Continuously explore and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and internal stakeholders
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE ecosystem

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and customising Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions
  3. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture, workflows, and data modelling
  4. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Web technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery)
  5. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure DevOps is a plus
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
